Monthly Confidence Check

$350 per month

For DIY business owners who want reassurance that everything is recorded correctly, with the option to use the hour for advisory when the books are already clean.

Monthly Bookkeeping

$550 and up

Pricing adjusts based on the size of your business, the number of accounts, monthly volume, and any additional services you need. Payroll, invoicing, and bill pay all impact the monthly rate.

two — Monthly financial statements
You receive clear, easy to understand financials that show exactly how your business is doing.

three — Quarterly advisory calls
Every quarter we meet to talk through your goals, trends in your numbers, and the decisions coming up in your business.

four — Regular communication
Email support for questions related to your books and your monthly financials.

five — Year end review
At the end of the year, we review your books, send any final questions your way, and let you know when everything is ready to be passed along to your tax preparation team.

Whether you fall at the starting point or on the higher end, the work stays consistent. The rate simply reflects the level of activity and the support your business needs each month.

Porch Talk Session

A financial clarity session where you come to our porch and we meet you right where you are. The time is yours and you set the conversation. Bring your QBO questions, strategy ideas, big decisions to brainstorm, or anything you need a steady sounding board for. It is simply a space where you have our full attention and we support you however we can.

The Magnolia Strategy Sessions

You have access to us through Google Chat so you can share updates or ask questions as they come up.

Starts at $2,000
A full year cleanup completed in a focused two day window with two accountants.

two — Full access by day one
All accounts, statements, and QBO access must be ready.

three — Initial review
We review your books to map out the cleanup plan.

four — Two day cleanup
Two accountants work through the full year, reconcile everything, and bring your books current. You must be available for questions.

five — Refine and align
You can ask questions and make sure everything looks right for your business.

six — Wrap up conversation
We walk through your updated financials and talk through your next steps.

These services can be added to your monthly bookkeeping or booked as a one time project. Only QBO setup has a set starting price. All other items are quoted individually once we understand what you need.

QuickBooks Online Setup

$200 and up one time fee

A clean and simple setup for new QBO users or anyone who needs their account organized correctly from the start.

What we typically handle:

  • Basic QBO account setup or refresh

  • Clean, easy to use chart of accounts

  • Connecting bank and credit card feeds

  • Light organization to get things landing in the right place

  • A brief walkthrough of the essentials

If your books need a full reset, we may recommend our Book Refresh service instead.
