As a Partner and the Lead Accountant at Magnolia & Main, Lauren specializes in helping small business owners feel grounded and confident in their numbers. Her approach is porch-like and personal, focused on slowing things down, talking through what matters, and turning financial overwhelm into clear, workable steps.
After years of supporting creative entrepreneurs, boutiques, designers, and service-based businesses across the country, she understands the stories behind the numbers and the heart behind the work. As a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she blends hands-on business knowledge with strong operational skill, offering clients steady support and systems they can trust.
At Magnolia & Main, Jennifer serves as Partner and Operations and Client Account Manager. She keeps the day-to-day moving smoothly, manages client accounts with care, and makes sure every detail is handled with intention. Her approach is calm, grounded, and focused on helping clients feel supported, prepared, and never alone in the process.

Client Account Manager
Joyce is a Certified Public Accountant with over ten years of experience in accounting and tax-focused roles. While Magnolia & Main focuses on bookkeeping and accounting services, her tax background brings an added layer of accuracy and compliance to the work we do behind the scenes.
She will support our accounting team with reconciliations, complex account work, and quality checks to help keep client books clean and reliable.
